It’s rare, but sometimes a student is unsuccessful. In this situation, you are welcome to attend another course at no extra charge. A good way to avoid this scenario is to do a bit of study before attending.
What happens if you are unsuccessful?
Retesting just means you need a little more tuition and study. The trainer will explain the process at the course, but essentially you can reattend any other course, at any location, within 12 months to do it all again. There is no charge to do this as it is included in your original course fees
If you’d like to reattend, simply give our office a ring and choose a course that works for you.
Remember, no assistance is given during the exam portion of the course. Please prepare accordingly.
